WoW Witch hat (aka Webkinz hat)
I knit this cute witch hat up for the Whisker’s on Wednesday Halloween edition… Sparky balked at ‘wearing’ it for a photo… but I finally managed after a full day to GET one

Join in the round, being careful not to twist your sts.
Slip the first stitch of your round onto the last needle of your 2-circs round, or DPNs round.
Knit around until the last two stitches, k2tog (this prevents the ‘jog’ typically seen when knitting stripes of colors)
Place a stitch marker, or small loop of scrap yarn, to mark the beginning of your round.
Brim*
*Note, the brim of my hat was knit in garter stitch, this could certainly be knit in stocking stitch, but changing all the purl rounds to knit rounds. I wanted to be sure my brim would not curl. If you choose to knit the brim in Stocking stitch, knit a purl round just before beginning the hat point.

Sparky looks adorable with the Witch Hat! Thanks for sharing the pattern
If any of those cats on Whiskers have access to a voodoo doll, you will all be in big trouble! Of course, they do know where the yarn is……
I love it!! I wanna knit it for Henry to wear… maybe attach a little elastic. He’s quite tolerant of my insanity sometimes
Very cute picture and I love the pattern!
